Description

This piece is locally sourced from a friend’s tree in her back yard. I made a similar one and it sold at its first art and craft fair before I could even get it onto the web site.

What makes this piece special is its dramatic contrast between the darker sapwood and the lighter heartwood. The sapwood reminds me of a caramel latte. There’s no stain or paint here (or on any of my work) – nature makes some really cool stuff, and I just try to show it off.

Supports a jar candle or pillar candle up to 3″ in diameter.
