Description
Combining three or more woods together can be tricky. Not only do you have to make sure the colors don’t clash, but every wood has its own grain as well, and you don’t want them to argue with each other. My nickname for this stopper is a “Neapolitan Hyperboloid”!
This is truly an international piece. Eastern red cedar is common in the US, whereas bocote hails from Mexico and Central America. Tauari is native to South America.
Now seems a good time to reiterate that we only use sustainably-sourced woods.
